EASY FLYING GEESE

Place one square on the rectangle, right sides together, lining the pieces up at one end. Draw a line diagonally on the square as shown in the graphic below. Stitch on the line.

Trim 1/4" beyond the stitching line on the square only.

Press the seam toward the corner.

Line up the other square on the other end of the rectangle, right sides together. Draw a line as shown in the graphic below and sew on the line.

Trim 1/4" beyond the stitching line on the square only.

Press the seam toward the corner.
